Working with our experts is very easy: a certified energy consultant visits you on site and records all relevant data. We then calculate your specific savings potential. Using a 3D model, we will then create your individual renovation roadmap, with which you can secure an additional 5 percent state funding. Finally, we will accompany you with your funding application and, if you wish, provide you with non-binding and free offers from qualified craftsmen for your renovation project.
Your individual savings potential depends on various factors, including the size and condition of your home and your current energy consumption. Previous customers have been able to reduce their energy consumption by between 20 and 80 percent with comprehensive renovations.
We have a strict vetting process for our network of consultants and craftsmen. All of the companies and service providers we recommend are characterized by professionalism, expertise in the field of environmentally friendly renovation and a commitment to sustainability. Our energy consultants are also registered on the energy efficiency expert list of the German Energy Agency (dena). To ensure we maintain our quality standards, we regularly review customer feedback.
There are no hidden costs at IKOSIA. All prices are transparent and comprehensible fixed prices. An individual renovation plan (iSFP), for example, only costs 390 euros for one or two residential units. For three or more residential units, the iSFP costs 550 euros.
